This year was one of the most daunting years of my life between buying a business and having my first child. Buying my first home might have been the straw that broke the camel’s back had it not been for me putting all of my trust in Britt Banning.

As a first time buyer I had sifted through so many google searches and really gotten nowhere. Britt answered all of my questions and truly delivered on all of my needs. She is a joy to work with as her ten plus years of experience are impressively suited with her vibrant personality. Remarkably her negotiating skills are also second to none as she was able to get me my offer accepted under asking price with lots of extra buyer incentives. She laughingly told me at the end when I mentioned that the experience had been so flawless that it was because it was her job to put out any fires before they get started. I love that because I know whole heartedly that she held all of my best interests first and foremost.


To summarize my experience I was approved for a loan with the lender she recommended on January 6th and received keys to my new home exactly one month later on February 6th. My new home in Folsom had all of the specific features we couldn't live without and is even just a few blocks from my parents house - something we had mentioned would be a bonus. It was with Britt's assertiveness and passion that today almost three months later it still amazes me what an amazing deal I got on my families first dream home.
