Britt Banning and Sylvia Gregory are a mother-daughter real estate team whose mission is to provide buyers and sellers with an enjoyable experience and stress-free process. Britt is the founding agent of The Banning Real Estate Group. Her emphasis on extraordinary client care and excellent communication has made her a multi-year Master’s Club award winner and gained her clients for life. Britt has a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate & Land Development from CSU Sacramento and membership in the Luxury Home Marketing Institute. She is a true neighborhood expert, living in the Sacramento, California suburb of Folsom since childhood.

Sylvia is a lead agent with The Banning Real Estate Group. Motivated by her love of people and innate desire to help, Sylvia is known for her high level of empathy, integrity and follow through. She has decades of marketing, interior design, and sales experience, in addition to having owned a design and building company for more than 20 years. She has a degree in Business Management and Administration.

Britt and Sylvia work hard, but they have lots of fun too! They value humor and laughter, and always focus on the positive. Family is incredibly important. Britt and her husband Jordan have a son, Dante, and daughter, Bailey, as well as an albino boxer named Vito. Sylvia is raising Jameson, her young grandson, and she has two dachshunds, Chunk and Charlie. Between work, dogs, and the kids being together every day, it can get a bit crazy, but as Britt says, “It’s happy chaos.”

As long-time residents of Folsom, they both love the area and are very involved in the community. Britt’s husband is a football coach at Folsom High School, so they attend lots of games with the kids. In addition to spending time with the family, Sylvia enjoys Saturday mornings at the Historic Folsom Farmers Market and heading down to the river or up to foothills for a little wine tasting with friends.
